CLIFFTOP TOURS: TOUR ONE

St Abbs Head to Westerside
(Half-Day Tour: 7.5 miles overland)

The first stage of the trail starts from the National Trust Nature Reserve on St Abbs Head, where it is possible to see a variety of sea birds, spectacular geological formations and an abundance of wild flowers.

Along the route there are stunning viewpoints, prehistoric hill forts, settlements, forestry, woodlands, waterfalls and freshwater lochs. There will also be time to spend admiring the views from the highest clifftop point on the east coast of mainland Britain.

Duration: 3 hours starting 10.00 am and 2.00 pm.
