Catering: The Old Smiddy Restaurant (formerly The Head Start Café) is situated at Northfield Farm. Quality meals and snacks are available only 100mtrs from the Meeting Point.

Toilets: Facilities are provided at the outset/finish of tours at Northfield Farm and midway at Whinney Farm.

Tea/Coffee stops are included in the tour price. Bring a packed lunch if you elect for the full day tour, or try one of our "Border Fare" picnic hampers.

Meeting Point is 50 metres beyond the entrance to the National Trust car park at Northfield Farm, St Abbs, Berwickshire, or at Whinney Farm, Coldingham.

To find Whinney farm from Coldingham, leave the village going North on the A1107 (Edinburgh). Turn right immediately at the School on to Westloch Road. This single-track, no-through road (with passing places) will take you to West Loch (1.5 miles approx). The entrance to Whinney Farm (Whinney Loch) is on the left side immediately opposite to the main gate of Westloch House.
